ピーナッツにお豆の粉に数種類のスパイスを混ぜて、ピリ辛フライみたいな感じです。

ピーナッツを一粒づつ油で揚げるので、手間はかかるのですが、

あっという間にポリポリ食べちゃいます

危険なスナックです・・・

Rice

春キャベツのコフタ（もちろん肉なし）を油で揚げて、
トマトベースのカレーに入れて煮込みます

肉だんごより軽い感じで、たくさん食べられます。
