Egyptian Espresso

I had Egyptian espresso coffee two days ago. Too strong...Like Lebanese coffee...I love it<3
                  ....left cardamom taste in my mouth =)

私的には、どっちかって言うとレバノンコーヒーに風味が似ている気がする。。。
まぁ、どっちも同じと言えば同じ！？？

スパゲティー、マカロニ、ご飯に、フライドオニオンと少量のヒヨコ豆かまたは緑豆 がのっています。

ガーリックの効いたピリ辛のトマトソースをからめて食べます。

フライドオニオンとトマトソースは良いんですが、炭水化物ばかりはちょっと私にはヘビーかも･･･。

エジプトの庶民のお味らしいです。

これは第一段階の冷たい前菜です。
次に、温かい前菜がきます。
メインまでは、まだまだです。。。

でも、前菜で、すでにお腹がいっぱいです X-(
